We’re taking a look back at one of our most rewarding projects to date – a complete transformation that turned a dated, compartmentalised space into a bright, modern, open-plan home.
This job involved major structural work, a full internal reconfiguration, and an expert finish throughout – all carried out by the Gray's Signature Builds team from start to finish.
What We Delivered
- ✅ Structural Corner Removal
- A full corner of the property was carefully removed to open up the space.
- ✅ Steel Beam Installation
- We fitted structural steelwork to support the new open-plan layout safely and securely.
- ✅ Bifold Doors x2
- Two sets of anthracite aluminium bifold doors were installed, flooding the space with natural light and opening up the home to the garden.
- Bathroom Removal
- The existing bathroom was fully stripped out to accommodate the new design.
- ✅ Internal Wall Removal
- We knocked through internal walls to connect the kitchen, dining, and living areas for seamless open-plan living.
- ✅ New Kitchen Installation
- The kitchen was designed and fitted with care, offering a balance of practicality and sleek design.
