We visit your property, discuss the extension type and size, take measurements, and provide a clear, itemised quote with no hidden costs.
We advise on whether planning permission is required and assist with the application. Many single-storey extensions fall under permitted development.
We submit the building regulations application and manage all required inspections throughout the build.
Excavation, drainage connections, and foundations are laid correctly — the most critical stage of any extension project.
Brickwork, blockwork, steelwork, and roofing bring the extension to a fully watertight shell — ready for internal trades.
All internal trades complete the extension — plastering, electrics, plumbing, flooring, and decoration. Final building control sign-off and handover.
