Our Installation Process
We meet with you to understand your vision, assess the site, discuss planning requirements, and provide a detailed quote.
Working alongside your architect or our recommended partners, we support you through the design and planning permission process.
Site clearance, drainage, excavation, and foundations are laid to the correct specification — the most critical stage of any build.
Walls, floors, roof, and external envelope bring the build to a watertight, windtight shell — ready for internal trades.
All plumbing, heating, electrical, and mechanical services are run before internal surfaces are closed. Everything is tested and certified.
Plastering, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and decoration complete the home. Snagging is completed before handover.
We hand over your completed home with all certification, warranties, and documentation. Our aftercare service covers you beyond completion.
