Our Installation Process
We visit your garage, assess its size and condition, discuss your intended use, and provide a clear, itemised quote with no hidden costs.
Most garage conversions require a building regulations application. We handle this on your behalf before any work begins.
The garage is cleared, the floor assessed, and any damp-proofing or floor build-up required is completed before other trades begin.
Wall and ceiling insulation, stud walls, first-fix electrics, and any plumbing runs are completed before surfaces are closed in.
Skimming, floor finish, second-fix electrics, windows, doors, heating, and all finishing trades complete the habitable room.
A building control inspector visits to sign off the completed conversion. You receive a completion certificate for your records.
