Reimagined from the Ground Up

Our clients had outgrown their South Shields home but didn't want to leave the street, the neighbours, or the location they'd built their lives around. The brief was simple to say and ambitious to deliver — maximise every inch of the property, inside and out, and future-proof it for a growing family.

This wasn't a renovation. It was a full-scale rebuild and reimagination, delivered in phases and managed from concept to handover by our team. We designed it, we permitted it, we built it, we finished it. One team, one programme, one point of contact throughout.

A double-storey side extension pushed the footprint out across two levels. A full-width dormer loft conversion with en-suite unlocked a whole new floor upstairs. The old garage was converted into a practical internal space with a utility and WC. And inside, a new kitchen, new main bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a dining room and a dedicated office gave the family the flexibility modern life demands.
