Our Installation Process
We visit your loft, assess headroom and roof structure, advise on the best conversion type, and provide a clear, itemised quote.
Most Velux and dormer conversions fall under permitted development. Where planning is needed, we advise and assist with the application.
We submit the building regulations application and manage all required stage inspections throughout the conversion.
Steel beams, new floor joists, dormer construction, and roofing work bring the conversion to a watertight, structurally sound shell.
Staircase installation, all electrical and plumbing first fix, and insulation are completed before plastering commences.
Plastering, second fix electrics, flooring, en-suite fitting, and decoration complete the room. Building control sign-off and formal handover.
